Do it for the Cause is a simple way that you can fundraise with Islamic Relief this Ramadan. You can choose to fundraise for any one of the ten causes listed.

All projects are Zakat eligible, and have zakat eligible components.

You can fundraise for any number of causes but you can only select one cause per page. To fundraise for multiple causes, you can create a new page for each one using a different email address.

You can set your own target for how much you would like to raise this Ramadan. Don’t forget you can increase it as you continue to fundraise over the course of the month.

Gift Aid adds 25p to every £1 donated, at no extra cost to the donor. It’s a Government scheme that enables charities to claim this ‘extra money’ from tax that people have already paid. To allow us to claim Gift Aid, the donor has to be a UK taxpayer and have paid sufficient Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax to cover the amount to Islamic Relief will reclaim in the tax year. If you are fundraising offline, please make sure you send your sponsorship form to us so we can claim it.

The easiest and most cost-efficient way to collect donations is by asking your supporters to donate online through your own fundraiser page. You can also deposit any cash you've raised by card using our pay-in link: https://pay-in.islamic-relief.org.uk/

Israel has been besieging the Gaza strip, allowing only a very small amount of food, medicine, water and other vital supplies from entering. It is needed to keep hospitals, bakeries and water plants running. Islamic Relief, working with two local partner organisations, is distributing supplies that are available within Gaza–either from the limited stocks still available on markets or contingency stocks that we had put in place through our Disaster Preparedness Plan.
